Mr. Vijay Anand currently serves as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Anand has over 30 years of experience in Defence and Aerospace industries. He has a deep understanding of project management, government regulations etc. He has strong ability to provide strategic guidance and support to companies operating in industries.

Mr. Anand is presently an Independent Monitor in the National Textile Corporation, IFCI and Ministry of food Processing Industries. and honorary advisor Indian Space Research Organisation and also serving as an Independent Director in Sasmos HET Technologies Limited, Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited and MFAR. He is also former Chairman/ member of various Project Management Boards at ISRO and former Secretary Space Commission.
