Mr. Nitin Atroley is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a senior business leader with over three decades of experience spanning across corporate strategy, organization building, governance, talent leadership and stakeholder management.  In his last role, he served as Chief Strategy, People and Corporate Affairs Officer at KPMG India and was a member of the firm’s leadership team, where he was responsible for shaping long-term strategy, leadership development, culture, talent management and external affairs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Atroley has held several senior leadership roles across professional services and industry. In his career, his prior roles included leading key growth and market-facing initiatives at KPMG, as head of India Sales & Markets and the North India practice leader. Earlier, he served in leadership positions with EY India, Arthur Andersen, BMR Advisors and Star India, where he was responsible for business development and growth, strategic partnerships in India, regulatory and legal matters.

Mr. Atroley brings deep expertise in enterprise transformation, governance, leadership succession, regulatory strategy and institution building. He is widely recognized for helping organizations navigate growth, strengthen governance frameworks, develop leadership capability and build high-performing, purpose-driven cultures. His experience spans multiple sectors and includes advising boards, promoters and senior executives on strategic and organizational priorities.
