Mr. Rudra Shriram serves as a Managing Director of the Company. He is also Executive Director on the Board of DCM Shriram International Limited, where he holds the position of Deputy Managing Director. A fifth-generation leader of the distinguished DCM Shriram legacy, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic direction and operational growth.

At DCM Shriram International Limited, he currently heads the Engineering Product Solutions (EPS) and the Defence Division.

In addition to these responsibilities, he oversees the company’s IT, HR, and Strategy functions, and manages Corporate Affairs, thereby contributing to a broad spectrum of organizational initiatives.

Mr. Shriram brings over twelve years of experience in engineering management, SAP (SD), data analytics, and process optimization, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency and enabling scalable growth.

In addition to his primary role, Mr. Shriram serves on the boards of several group and allied entities, including:

* Aruka Technologies General Trading FZE, Dubai
* Zyrone Dynamics Havacilik Danışmanlık ve Ar-Ge Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., Türkiye

Mr. Shriram also serves as the Co-Chairman of the FICCI Defence & Homeland Security (HLS) Committee.

Rudra completed his schooling at Mayo College, Ajmer, and holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. He is actively engaged with both institutions, serving on the core team of Purdue Alumni India and the Executive Committee of the Mayo College Old Boys Society.

Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and Co-Founder & Vice President of the Dribble Academy Foundation, reflecting his growing commitment to philanthropy.
